New Year Cleansing Kick Start

Well, it’s that time of year again. Time for keeping those new years resolutions we made.

I, like so many, make “deals” with myself not only at the beginning of the year but throughout the year as well. Simple things like being a better person or to work on something within my life. So many friends and clients are contacting me as they work on improving their lives, their vegetarian lifstyle and their health and asking how to start the year of in an extra positive way.

And One of the things I do every year is start off with a refreshed body. I don’t mean what I wear, at least not as in clothing. Did you know that this time of year is THE perfect time to renew and refresh your system? This is always when I do my first detox or cleanse of the year.

In fact I have just come out of a little over a week long cleanse and detox to better my system and improve my health to the max. It’s given me a new and more energetic lift and I feel so much better for it.

Now I’m not talking diets or anything like that – I’m just talking about a very simple ‘raw fruit and vegetable’ cleanse. I eat only raw foods (limited to certain fruits and vegetables, usually no nuts or seeds) but I also include fresh juices, and heaps of water (in fact I usually double my intake of water during this time to help flush out any further toxins from my body).

So my year is starting off great, I’m full of energy, health and vibrance. What about you … have you followed through on any resolutions yet?

Why not do yourself a huge favour and start your year off right … follow through on anything you set your sights on and do all you can to be happy, healthy and in great spirits always.

Who knows you might even reveal a brand new happier you!

Happy *Veggie* New Year

Gidday Folks, I just wanted to wish you a very happy (and veggie) new year.

If nothing else, take a few minutes out to reflect on 2006, what you may or may not have done right or wrong.

What you learned, and what you can learn from.

Take that knowledge and move into 2007 a stronger, wiser, happier and hopefully healthier person.

Here’s to your success and a new year filled with ‘Veggie Well Wishes’.

Rebecca :)
