Okay I have to admit it we are HUGE vegan cupcake fans here at VS HQ’s, so without rambling on too much here’s the scoop on places to get some scrumptcious vegan cupcakes made to order within Australia.

My new favourite vegan thing this week would have to be ‘Fabulous Fudge Factory’s’ Dairy Free Fudge. Finally it has arrived Down Under and when I first tried it this week I was in total heaven.

Now I have to say I’ve NEVER been into fudge that much, but was always a huge ‘Coconut Ice’ fan (anything coconut has always been at the TOP of my wish list), due to the fact that it was one of those great treats my mother use to make us kids when we were young (Mmm … I still remember the days!). And it just so happens I’ve been trying to source out a really good quality vegan coconut ice recipe or actual product for the past few months, so when Jeremy from Vegan Perfection informed me that he had just added fudge (including a coconut ice variety) to his list of goodies I had to try it – desperation was getting a hold of me afterall.

The great thing about this fudge is that it’s approved by the vegetarian society, is vegetarian and vegan suitable – dairy free of course, has no hydrogenated fats, artificial colours or preservatives, is cholesterol free, all ingredients are GM free plus it’s also gluten free.
